(01)

Northline had a strong LP network and no public identity. They needed a system that signaled institutional rigor without the sterility of the category — and a site that could be used in live pitch meetings.

We partnered directly with the founding partners through discovery, territory, and creative. Every decision was pressure-tested against the LP pitch deck in parallel, which meant no precious detours and no late-stage revisions.

Four deliverables, shipped on a single timeline: one voice, one system, one product.

  1. 01

    Positioning

A one-page thesis and category frame, written together with the founding team and cleared with the firm's first two anchor LPs.

  2. 02

    Identity system

Wordmark, monogram, color, and typographic scale. Built for pitch decks, documents, and web as a single system.

  3. 03

    Investor platform

Next.js marketing site + gated investor portal behind magic-link auth. Content system in Sanity.

  4. 04

    Launch assets

Pitch deck template, one-pager, and LP memo templates — all drawing from the same type and color system.

They wrote the thesis with us, then shipped every surface it lives on. Our first three LP meetings closed in six weeks.
